Nostalgic Poodeh takes viewers on an evocative journey into the history, culture, architecture, and everyday life of Poodeh, a historic village in Iran’s Isfahan Province near Shahreza. Through intimate images of the village and its enduring landmarks, the film explores a community shaped by generations of tradition, memory, family, faith, and rural life. More than a portrait of a place, the documentary offers a reflection on heritage and the emotional connections that bind people to their ancestral homes. It invites audiences to discover Poodeh not simply as a historic location, but as a living repository of stories, identity, and collective memory.
